Check-in at 12pm. We got a pretty decent room but not really bad. The room has an extra bed in the middle.

Having fun at the pool.

Had a party last night. What a mess! It was fun though.

And this is a scenery early in the morning.

Maybe I will post some more. To my friends, if you want more, just leave your comment here.

I Love iTunes!

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

I'm bored so I downloaded iTunes. The Setup was pretty big like 30Mb or something. Maybe because it includes Quicktime.

So the thing is I just love it! Like so much better than Realplayer and Windows Media Player. I should've download it like long time ago. I like the Sound Enhancer. Too bad, it doesn't play WMA files cause I have alot of it. Basically, iTunes is part of iPod plan in future. Go iTunes!

Road to Straight A's

The school, again decided to organize a camp. But this time it's different. The camp is for the top classes which include my class. It will be in Kuala Nerang.

"Road to Straight A's" is the name for the seminar. The school changed the venue from Kuala Nerang to Grand Chrystal Hotel, Alor Star. Yes, a hotel! Other details:

Venue : Grand Chrystal Hotel, Alor Star
Time : 8.30am (Friday 28/4) - 12.30pm (Saturday 29/4)

This seminar is only for the top three classes in Form 3. The three classes are Alfa, Beta and Delta. I'm in Alfa class. The objective of this seminar is to build the strength in students for PMR and motivate them.

We have to spend one night at the hotel. It's only a 3-star hotel, so nothing to brag about. Each room can accomodate 3 people so I'm going to stay with Amin, my best friend and his best friend, Khairil. I'm looking forward to this seminar since I don't really have the gut to sit for my PMR. Fun!

Another "so-called" camp...

The school, again decided to organize a camp. But this time it's different. The camp is for the top classes which include my class. It will be in Kuala Nerang. Kuala Nerang?! A very rural and 'kampung' place in Kedah. We cant even get mobile coverage there.

It's a 3-day camp starting this Thurday until Saturday. Which mean, I'll be spending my weekend by attending a camp. Ugh! My brother said that the camp is not bad. Last camp was... Ummm, I don't wanna talk about it.

New Savings Account

Yay! I just opened a new savings account at Maybank. The initial deposit was RM200 but the minimum is only RM1. I got the money from the CPU. It's just too bad that I can't apply for an ATM card which would be easier for me to shop etc At least I can start saving some money for future. Future is iPod LOL

I'm tired...

The school had just started extra classes last Monday. Gosh, it was boring. I don't know whether I can survive it until August. The classes started 2.45pm until 4.15pm, Monday to Thurday. The classes are basically revising the lessons in Form 1 and 2.

Old CPU + Sell them = $$$

Image hosting by Photobucket

This is an old CPU of mine. Well, not really old. Just got it customized last January. Anyway, I decided to sell it and make some $$$. So today, my brother and I went to Sentosa Plaza in the city. We went to this store and ask them whether they take old CPU or not. The answer is yes, then we gave them the CPU and check the price. It was only RM230++, really cheap. I took it anyway.

Oh yeah, I'm rich! I gave my brother RM30. He wanted RM50 but at last he took RM30. Hahaha!

My Wish List

I was just browsing the web and had an idea. Why not make a wish list? It's only a wish list so I'm 99.9% sure that none of it with come true. Cheers!

The Future of My Education

This week is been pretty fast for me. It's already Thursday night, and I have Mathematic tuition class in about an hour.

So basically, nothing interesting happening in my life. It just that I've been thinking about my future just now. Like where am I going to continue my studies after I finish school in about 2 years from now (2008). I'm in dilemma right, confused and lost what am I going to choose a course for next year.

In my mind, there are few courses that I want to take. They are:

  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Technical Drawing
  • Accountancy
I like IT, and that's basically what I really want and do. But Technical Drawing is kinda interesting and so does Accountancy. Well, not really because I want to make Accountancy as 'backup' knowledge since my dad owns a business and he said that he wants us (his children) to take care of his business. But I think Form 4 and 5 courses aren't that important as courses in university.

I've been thinking about university too and I think I wanna go for Diploma in Fashion and Retail Design at Limkokwing University College of Creative Technology. I think I really like fashion and the course is very interesting. Since the uni is a private one, I think I have to make a loan from MARA and to get one, I have to get an excellence result in SPM. My SPM is not until Form 5 (2008).

So now, I have get my ass off to work for that. Signing off for tuition! :-)

The April Monthly Test

Ah, another test... I hate it though. It starts next week on Tuesday until Thursdaybut they still gave us homework for the weekend.
The test started today with Bahasa Melayu (Malay Language), Science, Geography and Kemahiran Hidup (Living Skills). It wasn't bad and I think I did well on these tests today. For tomorrow, there will be English, Mathematics, History and Religious Education.

Then on Thursday, there will be only two subjects which are Mandarin and Art. I'm not taking the Mandarin though, the Chinese do.

In Loving Memory of Mr. Ashri

I forgot to mention few days ago that my Religious Education teacher, Mr Ashri died on Sunday, few hours after the last time he came in to my class. I got the news the day after it. It was pretty bad since he's not that old and he is very active etc. He actually looked very normal on that day.

I really like and the way he teaches us. He always joke around and stuff. I really going to miss him teaching us. Last time when he came in to my class, he taught us about death and we didn't realise that he was going to die in about few hours. I'm not sure what is the cause of his death but classmates said that he slipped in the bathroom and died on his way to the hospital.

We're really going to miss you. Al-Fatihah.

Most Wanted Blog!

Today, I came up to my classmate, which is one of the top students in class, and the whole form, I think. I like talking to him because he has alot of ideas in his mind. I wish I was more like him. So anyway, I didn't kow that he owns a blog too, just like me.

He basically one of my 'fans' (HAHA). His blog is... well the title pretty much describes his blog, About my school, LIFE, POINTS of View, and anything a 15-year-old student can think of. at http://depressiveguy.blogspot.com

So I read his blog and WOW! He got some really impressive posts. That's a REAL blog, compared to mine. Anyway, he got few posts that really get my attention, like:

I don't think men or women should act either "manly" or "womanly" in order to be known as man and woman. Why should some particular characteristics be considered as man-like or woman-like? Why should we restrict ourselves by making rules on how a man or woman should walk, talk, and behave? Why should a man be considered "sissy" just because he cries?

Gender Roles
And also:
Geography and History used to be my favourite subjects. But now, I have lost interests in them, because of notes. What's the point of making notes if you've already got the textbooks? I know, notes are used to remind you some important facts. However, we are now almost copying the whole textbook into our notebook.
Making notes has deprived me of free time. Now, I don't even have much free time to play the piano, to go exercise, and to read.

Notes, as if we need it!
In this post, he tells what really happened in our school's educational system, at least in my school. Teachers patheticly ask us to do notes as homework. What kind of sick school is that?

You guys really have to vist his blog which I think one of the coolest blogs around. Good day!

My School

Another random photo. This my school's main entrance. I found the photo on my Photobucket account. Can't really remember when did I upload this. Anyway I study in Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid or Sultan Abdul Hamid College, Form 3, which mean I'm taking my PMR this year.
